Leonid Gribanov

Experience:
Mr. Gribanov's practice deals extensively with litigations at Russian courts and arbitration under LMAA rules. In addition to these primary areas of practice, Mr. Gribanov has considerable experience in oil pollution, marine contracts, collision, general average, commercial litigation and provisional remedies, such as arrest. He represents a variety of clients, such as shipowners (mainly ferry, tankers and reefers), insurance companies, port operators, agents, in commercial disputes, whether requiring litigation or arbitration. For several years Mr. Gribanov was involved in claims handling in respect of two big fleets of reefer vessels, mainly in the sphere of release of vessels, insurance matters, cargo claims and collisions.
